Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from an extension (the contract for additional app time) within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded, that is, from the purchase of the extension.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jan Schiller, Gerhart-Hauptmann-Straße 9, 75015 Bretten, Germany, email: info@offtimism.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from a contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your withdrawal. Amounts not yet paid are removed from your weekly invoice. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you requested the extension to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you inform us of your withdrawal, that is, the time already used compared with the time purchased.

Early expiry

An extension begins immediately if you tick Start now, withdrawal ends when buying. By doing so you expressly request that we begin the service before the withdrawal period ends, and you confirm that you know your right of withdrawal ends once the purchased time has fully elapsed.

While the purchased time is still running, you can withdraw. For the time already used, the proportionate amount from the section "Effects of withdrawal" applies.
